Cooper Lomaz has an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our very reputable and well established client based near Bury St Edmunds on a permanent basis.

Reporting in to the Payroll Manager, your primary remit will be to ensure that the Payroll Service in delivered in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to associated legislation. You will have a solid grounding of knowledge and experience of operating in a high volume and intense Payroll Function, developing your interpersonal skills to prove you are a collaborative, committed and customer focussed individual.

The successful candidate will have experience in processing payments in respect of sickness, maternity and company absence, alongside system maintenance to include processes leavers, data cleansing and processing authorised amendments. You will also assist in producing statutory returns, year end documentation and relaying payroll related information to operational employees across the business.

You will have strong Microsoft Office competency and have a track record of demonstrating high standards of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
