Person Specification

We are looking for a capable SEMH Teacher who has been recognised as a 'Good' or better teacher in recent observations and experience of working with SEN and EAL pupils. You will have the ability to show a great deal of understanding for SEN pupils with complex learning needs and show your ability to work in a proactive mode. The school wants to see an SEMH Teacher who will have a positive and flexible mind-set that enables them to react purposefully to any new changes.

About the Role

As a SEMH Teacher your role will involve you teaching a lively Year 4 class of 6-8 children and you will be seeing your responsibilities increase with this upcoming AR position. The ability to motivate pupils towards positive learning is essential. As a SEMH Teacher you will be working in tandem with a Senior Teacher who can offer a wealth of experience and bespoke knowledge that could be the difference in your own practice.
