You will work closely with the Finance Director and be responsible for a wide variety of duties including the following; Ledger/journal entry in preparation of monthly and quarterly management accountsProvision of management information in accordance with established timetables allowing the performance of the business to be monitored & managedBank journal/ledger entry in preparation of daily & monthly bank reconciliations in accordance with established timetablesMaintain supporting schedules for journal/ledger postings ensuring clear audit trailWorking with operation & commercial people in the business to support them with financial analysisAssist with P&L analysis of certain business areas, identifying key variances for investigationAssist in analysing and preparing reports, KPI's and performances statistics/graphs that form part of the Finance PackAssist with fixed assets postings, reconciling the fixed assets register on a monthly basisSupport the budget process & forecastingBalance sheet reconciliations to be performed monthlyProcess and reconciliation of weekly & monthly payroll You will be part qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with excellent communication skills and the ability to present clearly and concisely. You will have a hands on approach with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
