This exciting opportunity is a brand new branch where you will oversee the 'start up` of the business while being well supported by the MD and owner of the business. You will need good knowledge of the area and have good working relationships with care managers, NHS services, external agencies etc. My client is looking for a cheerful, approachable, flexible caring manager who has an enthusiastic, positive approach who is a supportive and passionate about delivering a high quality care service for the local community.

Our client will be delivering services to vulnerable people, including elderly care and support, adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities along with other care services.

Experience with planning care staff weekly rota`s is necessary, carrying out risk assessments, reviews, recruitment and selection, staff supervisions and staff appraisals, meeting new service users and matching care givers to each service user ensuring all staff are well trained and communicated with at all times. This is a very varied highly rewarding role and you will be well rewarded as you develop the business taking on new care packages and increasing current packages.
