Currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to work part time for one of my clients based in Solihull, West Midlands.
Job Title - HR Advisor (14-21 hours per week)
Location - Solihull
Salary - GBP24,000 - 28,000k pro rata
The Human Resource team are looking for an experienced HR Professional who can act as a primary point of contact for all queries and issues in relation to full employee life cycle activities. Ideally, they will have had exposure to all aspects of HR and be a true generalist.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will provide customer focused comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice and services to all employees, in line with organisational policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Hold or be working towards qualifications and/or membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
- A strong communicator and stakeholder manager, you will be able to provide proactive support and a focused delivery of activities.
- Have an understanding of training needs analysis, and delivery of training content and presentations.
- Good with systems and a track record in the delivery of administration of systems, processes and services, ideally within existing HR functions and practices.
