Lecturer in Public Services

Salary GBP20,602- GBP35,106 per annum

(Dependent on experience & qualifications)

Tenure: Full Time, Permanent

We are seeking to recruit an outstanding Lecturer in Public Services, you will support students in a variety of outdoor and fitness activities to provide them with the necessary skills and knowledge in preparation for their chosen career.

Students will gain valuable experience and a qualification prior to starting work within a Public Service. The courses we offer are made up of units of study designed to help students gain a clear insight into a variety of Public Service related careers, studying aspects including styles of leadership and discipline, the impact of government policies on society, the effects of criminal behaviour, terrorism, national and international perspectives of Public Services.

The successful applicant will hold a degree in a relevant subject or have equivalent experience, coupled with a teaching qualification. You must have proven knowledge of the subject area and current teaching and learning strategies. Previous experience of working in Further Education would be beneficial.
