A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a highly successful, fast growing, owner managed business based in Normanton.

This is a well known business with a fantastic reputation in their field. After unprecedented growth last year and further expansion planned for this year, the business are now looking to recruit an knowledgeable and focused Finance Manager who can oversee and head up their small finance function.

This is a great opportunity for someone to take full ownership of small finance function in a growing business.

The key duties of this role will include:

* Managing 2 staff in the finance department
* Full management accounts preparation for the business
* Accruals and prepayments
* Balance sheet reconciliation
* Posting journals
* Weekly and monthly reporting
* Sales reporting
* Flash forecasts
* Variance analysis
* Critical review of overhead spend
* Site visits and liaising with internal stakeholders
* Identifying and presenting cost saving initiatives
* Providing management information to assist in key business decision making

The successful candidate will:

* Be AAT Qualified, CIMA/ACCA part qualified or qualified by experience - Essential
* Have previous experience in full management accounts preparation - Essential
* Have good commercial acumen and the ability to liaise with non finance staff effectively - Essential
* Have previous experience of staff management - Desirable
