Financial Planning Analyst
In this pivotal role as Financial Planning Analyst you will report directly to the Director of Finance. Not only will you lead on budgeting and forecasting exercises you'll also create business cases for financial changes that the charity stays on track with their company wide 5 year strategic plan. You will interact with a wide variety of stakeholders, internal and external, to quickly establish yourself as the person that makes the numbers make sense.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Supporting colleagues across the charity in developing financial awareness
- Development of improved financial reporting including the identification and reporting of key financial drivers
- Bench marking of performance both internally and externally
- External reporting
- Development of improved systems and processes
You will be ACA / ACCA /CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with previous experience of a reasonably complex business environment. You'll have the ability to present and explain financial information in a manner that can be understood by non-financial colleagues as well as advanced Excel and business modelling skills. In addition you'll be a self-starter with plenty of experience of working to deadlines.
