Sales Compliance Administrator

Job Summary: The role of the Compliance Administer is to manage the administrative services to the sales team. You will be analysing and reporting results through the compliance efforts of the company and ensuring all compliance of the sales team is kept up to date and managed on a day-to-day basis. You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and assisting on daily tasks they have.
Providing administrative support to the Sales team
Database entry and CRM ownership
Track and monitor opportunities and leads for sales team.
Detailed reporting of daily financial obligations
Liaising with internal and external customers
Project work around wider training and compliance issues
Auditing and signing off work completed by the team
Excellent computer skills
A keen eye for detail
Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
Understanding of the sales process
Be aware of a time critical service
Possess great organisation and administrative skills
