Our client is one of the largest UK specialists in corporate restructuring, recovery and insolvency with over 13 offices nationally. Due to company growth, they are now looking for an Insolvency Administrator to join their team in either their Leicester or Nottingham office. This role will be reporting directly to Line Managers / Case Managers and working on and maintaining a portfolio of cases including ADM's, CVL's, CVA's MVL's. Duties and responsibilities: Progress cases to closure ensuring accurate cost allocationDraft reports to debenture holders / committee / creditors and the courtPrepare documentation for statutory meetings (p51, s98, s48, s105)Deal with day to day case correspondenceCompletion of VAT / tax returnsCalculate and arrange payment of dividends to all classes of creditorsLiaise with solicitors and professional agentsAttend / assist at internal and external meetingsAdhere to statutory compliance and current legislation Skills and experience required: Minimum of 2 years recent insolvency administration experienceGood working experience of administrations, receiverships, CVA's, CVL's, MVL's and all aspects of insolvency caseworkAbility to apply technical knowledge to day to day case workAAT or part qualified ACCA or working towards the certificate in insolvency would be advantageousStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skills Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm (1 hour for lunch) Salary and benefits: GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 - dependent upon experience
