Research and Innovation Analyst
Gibbs Hybrid Workforce Solutions are looking for a Research & Innovation Analyst to join the team in any of our office locations, Cheshire, Manchester, Surrey or Northampton.
Gibbs are taking a leaf out of some of the world's leading design and innovator organisations creating a new Skunk Works role. Skunk Works is a term that has come to be synonymous with Research and Development in numerous fields and relates to a team working on advanced or special projects such as Google's X Lab.
Gibbs is creating its own Skunk Works and we need an innovative Research Analyst who is very interested in new technologies and has proven ability to report on this to senior stakeholders.
Key Role and Responsibilities include;
*Work with Gibbs' Senior Leadership Team to develop a roadmap of prioritised initiatives across each Line of Business to improve client satisfaction, user experience, improve internal operating efficiency's and deliver greater client value-add in line with Gibbs' core values
*Research applications, technologies, methodologies, market place trends and competitor initiatives and share with the business providing a Gibbs Point of View (POV) and business impact/opportunity
*Work with business stakeholders to solution identified opportunities to improve and augment existing client service offerings
*Work with business owners to create business requirements
*Work with business stakeholders to develop commercial models and pricing strategies
*Put together and develop outline business case models to support evaluation
