The role In this pivotal role as Financial Planning Analyst you will report directly to the Director of Finance. Not only will you lead on budgeting and forecasting exercises you'll also create business cases for financial changes that will ensure we stay on track with our companywide 5 year strategic plan. You will interact with a wide variety of stakeholders, internal and external, to quickly establish yourself as the person that makes the numbers make sense. Additional responsibilities include: Support colleagues across the charity in developing financial awarenessDevelopment of improved financial reporting including the identification and reporting of key financial driversBenchmarking of performance both internally and externallyExternal reportingDevelopment of improved systems and processes About you It's an exciting time to join Sue Ryder and to hit the ground running ideally you will be ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with previous experience of a reasonably complex business environment. You'll have the ability to present and explain financial information in a manner that can be understood by non-financial colleagues as well as advanced Excel and business modelling skills.
