LOCATION: Goole, East Yorkshire
JOB TITLE: IFA ParaPlanner / Administrator
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP22-26K dependent upon experience plus company pension, free car parking, free eye test, flexitime and a friendly working environment
WORKING HOURS: Full Time - Monday to Friday

THE COMPANY: Our client is a well established, leading Chartered Accountancy firm with offices in Goole, Pontefract, York & Selby. With expert advisors across all aspects of accountancy they are specialists in dealing with a range of businesses and individual commissions.

Due to the continued success of the company, our client are now looking to recruit an experienced IFA ParaPlanner / Administrator to join their expanding team at their office in Goole, North Yorkshire.

THE ROLE: his is a great opportunity to work for a successful, established IFA firm in the East Yorkshire area as a ParaPlanner / Administrator within the Wealth Management arm of a large accountancy practice based in Goole. As an IFA ParaPlanner / Administrator you will support the Independent Financial Advisors in all aspects of pre and post advice to provide clients with a first class financial advisory service. As an integral part of a small team the role will involve both paraplanning and general administrative duties on an ad hoc basis.

THE CANDIDATE: The suceesful candidate for the ParaPlanner / Administrator's role must have previous experience working within a financial services organisation and is also essential you have previous ParaPlanning experience. You must be able to easily commute to Goole, East Yorkshire and must be someone who is highly organised with Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. Although not essential, experience using knowledge of Defaqto, AssureWeb and other associated IFA packages is desirable, as would experience working within wealth management. Successful candidates should be articulate, professional, polished and presentable - ability to liaise with high net worth clients is essential and you must have excellent communication skills verbal and written and should be an adaptable and flexible person who is happy to muck in with lots of different duties.

Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the ParaPlanner / Administrator's role in Goole, East Yorkshire :-

- Experience within financial services organisation essential
- Previous ParaPlanning experience essential
- User of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)User of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Must be highly organised and accurate
- Knowledge of Defaqto, AssureWeb and other associated IFA packages desirable
- Excellent working knowledge of IRESS
- Knowledge of Tenet Advantage helpful but not essential
