Internal Recruiter - Bristol

We require a new proactive Internal Recruiter who will help drive direct sourcing in to the business. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager you will review and assess applications as well as actively sourcing quality candidates.

You will partner the business to ensure we bring in the right talent in the most cost effective and efficient way possible. If you love your recruitment role but have had enough of business development calls and constant KPIs and targets then this is the position for you!

As an Internal Recruiter your main responsibilities will include:
- Writing and placing creative adverts on various job boards to attract the best candidates for our roles
- Screening and filtering CVs against the relevant criteria for the positions
- Pro-actively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and CV databases
- Liaising with internal hiring managers and HR Business Partners and working closely with them to understand their requirements
- Hosting assessment centres on behalf of Nisbets to engage, assess and secure the right candidates for the business
- Ensuring that all applicants receive a flawless candidate experience from initial enquiry to on-boarding
- Assisting the Recruitment Manager with the management of 3rd party supplier relationships
- Offering ideas and solutions and acting consultatively to ensure all roles are filled in a timely manner

To apply for this role you should have:
- Previous recruitment experience from an agency or internal recruitment environment
- Experience of recruiting a variety of roles (e.g. sales, marketing, customer services) would be preferred but is not essential
- Knowledge of pro actively sourcing candidates using tools including online job board databases and LinkedIn
- Experience of using Social Media in a recruitment capacity
- MS Office skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to constantly multi-task and work effectively when priorities change quickly
