Our client is the main provider of further and higher education in Wiltshire and is fast on its way to becoming outstanding having achieved a good Ofsted grade in June 2015. Based across the county on 4 main campuses and with 4 smaller centres, they offer an extensive range of courses at all levels and has ambitious plans for growth in a region with exciting potential.

Due to growth they have an exciting new post for a Lecturer In Travel and Tourism to join our Trowbridge / Salisbury Campus. Within this role you will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and assessment; ensuring students reach their maximum potential. You will prepare schemes of work, lesson and assessment plans, contribute to the wide enrichment of students including supporting pastoral needs and you will ensure resource material and teaching reflect best practice contributing to the quality of provision as measured by retention, attendance, success rates, grades and value added.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification and / or have substantial experience in the industry. You will also hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards this. With an enthusiastic and engaging approach you will have the ability to motivate students and support them to achieve their potential.
