Are you an experienced Financial Administrator/Paraplanner?

An excellent opportunity has arisento join a busy Wealth Management/Financial Advisory Firm based in the Worthing Area.

We are seeking a Financial Administrator/Paraplanner who has experience of working within Investment/Pensions or Life cover sectors and thrives on taking responsibility for their own workload.

The Job Specification:

This is a varied and pivotal role and will require the successful candidate to assist and be responsibile for the following:

Product and fund research
The production of client proposals and putting together the suitability letters.
Maintaining accurate and up to date client records
Ensuring that new business is managed through to completion in line with company processes and procedures and follows legal compliance
Dealing with client queries ensuring that all calls are managed effectively and followed up as necessary.
The Administration of Group Risk and Pension schemes.

The successful candidate will offer:

Previous experience of working in a financial advisory firm
Pensions, investment and/or life cover expertise is essential
Really strong organisational ability
Enjoys working in a small successful team environment
Used to working on a variety of software including: MS Office
If you have experience of Morningstar OBSR and Select-a-pension then that would be a distinct advantage. However, your Pensions and Investment/Life Cover is THE most essential requirement to carry out this excellent role.
