We are an ambitious Council with big ideas; we have recently re-shaped our organisation to enable us to deliver our priorities through our Together Gloucester project. We have, over the past 12 months, worked with staff from across the organisation at all levels to create a structure which challenges us to work in new and innovative ways. The changes allow us to create greater resilience and give our staff greater opportunity to work across more and varied projects.

Customer Service & Transformation Manager (GBP37,306 - GBP45,650)
You will drive the Council's transformation of its customer services, be a keen advocate of channel shift and the delivery of self-service and direct access 24/7 to enable us to make the best possible use of our resources for our customers and the City.
