A Commercial Finance Manager is required for a growing, rapidly expanding organisation based close to Kew/Isleworth in fantastic offices. The ideal Commercial Finance Manager will hold a professional accounting qualification CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified, Finalist or PQ with a desire to continue with professional development.

The role is hands on and you will be involved in all aspects of finance from transactional through to the production of board packs, budgets, cash flow management and also financial modelling. This is a broad role with scope to develop with the growth of the company and may require additional support. The role will require the automation of manual processes, interacting with non financials, financial modelling and supporting key commercial business decisions with the presenation of financial data.

The company is young and vibrant with offices in the UK, USA and looking to grow internationally - an exciting company with impressive business plans. This role is for the UK accounts as there is a USA accountant situated overseas.


* Maintenance of all online accounting, entry and reconciliation of all income and expenditure
* Responsible for overseeing the production and distribution of all client invoices
* Chase debtors and reduce aged receivables to reflect a positive cash position
* Integrate and automate finance processes
* Process client payments
* Manage the payment of suppliers and contractors

Finance Management

* Assist in the development of the Group budgets
* Assist in cash flow management
* Quarterly cash flow forecast
* Produce monthly P&L and management reports for the board
* Basic financial modelling to support commercial decision making process
* Process improvement - accounting, financial management and software
* Client account management
* Maintain CRM system with payment methods and frequencies
* Highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail


* Strong Microsoft Office skills - specifically MS Excel intermediate/advanced
* Xero preferred not essential
