Our client is a leading specialist in the field of Home Emergency Insurance offering bespoke, highly customised policies to service the Home Emergency market.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, ambitious and inspiring leader to join the Management team as a Claims Business Manager.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the interface between a technical home emergency claims team and the customers, the Claims Business Manager is responsible for ensuring total excellence of service delivery and consequent development of the home emergency business. The Claims Business Manager will work alongside sales and underwriting teams to analyse market trends, competitor products and explore opportunities for growth, culminating in the development of the Group strategic proposition.
You will be responsible for leading our fast paced team, developing a specialist network of independent Engineers, exploring new opportunities for partnerships and growth nationally. Similarly, maintaining strong relationships with Brokers from a service and improvement perspective is essential as the face of the emergency team.
