Payroll supervisor role within a recruitment firm based in the City of London.
My client is a leading recruitment firm based in the City of London.
As the Payroll Supervisor you will be responsible for the following:
- Production of payroll reports for the Finance, HR and Operations functions
- Responsible for the reconciliation of all payroll control accounts
- Produce schedules for the payroll team to ensure that payroll deadlines are met
- Management of one direct report
- Act as point of contact for any escalated employee queries
- Continuous improvement of payroll processes
- The successful candidate will have previous working experience in a similar in-house role.
- They will have end-to-end payroll process knowledge, and will be able to process payroll manually.
- A professional Payroll qualification (CIPP) is advantageous.
