Practice Manager

Due to ongoing expansion, our client is actively seeking an ambitious, focused and dedicated Practice Manager to complement their friendly team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Partners, key responsibilities will include:

• To provide an all-round administrative support function to the Partners and Chartered Accountants
• Producing invoices, reports and other documentation as required
• Client liaison via e-mail/telephone/face to face.
• Using the in-house system, updating and maintaining client records and diary management.
• Processing client payments and daily banking.
• Credit control - preparing statements and liaising with clients.
• Accounts work including, bank reconciliations, recording payments on Sage Accounts 50 and completing and checking spreadsheets for clients.
• Answer all incoming calls and direct appropriately

The successful applicant will be ACA/ACCA qualified, possess solid all round accountancy knowledge including personal and corporation tax and be confident in a client facing capacity.
