Due to the continued success of the business, this provider of multi-room audio streaming solutions is now looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to develop their reseller network of specialist installers and distributors across the globe. You will be an ambassador for the brand and their products. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful sales team of an established, forward-thinking company at the leading edge of design and manufacture of music systems.

The main purpose of the role is to grow sales via their network of specialist installers, working closely with existing accounts to grow their sales.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work closely with the team to;

- Develop sales strategies to ensure the business meets is quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Create business plans with existing independent resellers and distributors to aid them in meeting targets.
- Monitor and manage distributor performance against targets.
- Develop strong relationships with all resellers and distributors, ensuring a good understanding of their business to further support product sales.
- Identify new potential resellers and distributors within the market place and assess their suitability to represent the brand.
- Support new installers and distributors through the "onboarding process" to ensure that the right skills and experience exists in their Sales and technical teams.
- Be responsible for monthly PR and marketing activities in co-ordination with relevant third parties.
- Be responsible for managing all trade show activities through planning to delivery.
- Work as part of the wider UK and Global sales team.

The successful candidate will have;

- Experience in B2B2C sales, working with a close network of independently owned resellers.
- Experience in consultative, partnership-driven sales based on analysis and insight.
- A collaborative approach to working with your external sales network.
- Evidence of drive, ambition (for the success of the business) and enthusiasm/high energy.
- Evidence of working and building up effective stakeholder relationships and possession of strong negotiation and selling skills.
- Experience of multi-room audio is a must, either from commercial experience or personal experience driven by a passion for audio related technologies.

Salary GBP45k - OTE GBP70k - GBP80k
