We are looking to appoint a Clinical Unit Manager to take charge of one of the Units in our care home

Clinical Unit Manager - Full time.

Salary GBP32,323- GBP39,049 DOE

About the role

Leading your team, the Unit Manager will be in charge of all day-to-day care activity in your designated unit or floor within the home, including maintaining accurate records for each of our residents whilst consistently delivering the very highest care standards.

The Unit Manager will take responsibility for assessing the physical, mental and social needs of our residents, whilst at the same time building excellent personal relationships with both them and their families

Creating and developing strong links with local professional bodies, the Unit Manager will play an important role in raising the care home's profile within the community

It is likely that, from time to time, you will be expected to provide cover outside of normal hours.

Who we're looking for

YOU MUST BE a level one Registered Nurse RGN ot RMN with strong clinical knowledge

You will be committed to championing independence, choice and dignity in the home

You'll have dedication and passion for helping make every day special for our residents

An ability to build warm and trusting relationships with our residents and their families

It is situated in a rural location on the edge of the ancient market town of Stowmarket, it is a bright, spacious home that offers care to 120 residents. The home has four separate houses that provide care for dementia as well as residential and nursing care. The 24-hour support we provide is focused on giving each person the individual care and attention they need..
