HR Systems Manager
OfficeTeam has an exciting Human Resources Systems Manager role to start immediately for a Leading Communications Company based in Central London. This is a permanent position offering the successful candidate GBP50,000- GBP55,000 per anum
This a rare opportunity for a Human Resources Systems Manager to work for a market leader providing day to day Human Resources Information Systems support for its UK division of, responsibilities include systems administration, report writing, data integrity audits, and user support.
Ensures the integrity of the Human Resources Information System data. Conducts frequent data audits and works with agency HR administrators to correct data as needed.
Prepares accurate and timely monthly reports from the HR system as required by management
Generates ad hoc reports: extracts data, create formulas, combine/transform data as needed Creation and maintenance of UK specific HR reporting templates
Identify training needs of end users and develops and provides the necessary training to meet those needs.
Recommends HR system enhancements and process improvements
Creates UK HRIS community for agency HR practitioners
2-3 years HR systems experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel (formulas, vlookups, pivot tables) and also in Word and Powerpoint
Understanding of HR and HR legislation in the UK
Prior HRIS system implementation and data conversion experience a plus
Experience with data models and table layouts, and report writing tools (i.e. Crystal reports)
Knowledge of payroll systems and payroll data requirements
Problem solving and analytical skills
