Senior Operations Manager /General Manager
Salary: GBP65K + Company Car & benefits
Location: Bracknell, London & South East

Our client provides high quality Commercial Cleaning Services to a range of businesses across London & the South. As Senior Operations Manager/General Manager you will be supporting the Senior Management Team and the Managing Director in delivering all field operations and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction and retention in line with agreed performance KPIs. You will have full Profit & Loss responsibility for the client portfolio and be instrumental in developing the commercial value of these accounts. You will be required to work with the senior management team in the Bracknell Head Office at least two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
*Implementing, managing and controlling Operational Strategy, enabling operational management to meet the Organisation's performance plans.
*Ensuring the achievement of operational KPI's, company procedures and overall compliance whilst delivering agreed level of client retention.
*Ensure the financial performance, customer satisfaction, health safety, security and environmental performance through development and people-orientated management of resources in all operational areas.
*Play a significant role in developing and maintaining a positive, supportive and inclusive culture throughout the organisation.
*Works closely with the Managing Director and the HR & Quality Assurance Manager on mitigating operational risk and achieving continual quality improvement.
*Motivational team management including performance management, reviews, appraisals and PDPs .
*Conduct Monthly Operations Meetings with the team(s) to drive operational performance, including the KPI matrix legislative requirements for Health and Safety, quality management, environmental issues and general duty of care.
*Regularly update and maintain the Operations Manual and other Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure that procedures are fit for purpose, utilised and understood effectively

Skills & Experience Required:
*Proven success in an operational leadership role - minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar or related role
*Demonstrate experience of multiple client management
*Proven track record in preparing costings for quotations, budgeting and analysis
*High level of credibility, team leadership skills and the capability to deliver a positive, motivational Culture whilst fully embracing the company values.
*Exceptional knowledge of cleaning processes and equipment
*Highly IT literate
*Fully conversant with Health and Safety and COSHH Regulations, a formal H&S qualification is desirable
*A highly-polished individual with excellent communication skills at all levels both verbal and written
*Valid UK driving licence
