We are looking for a Accounts Clerk to join our A14 project.
To assist with all site accounts functions as required to ensure accurate & timely records. Based at our A14 site in Brampton, Cambridgeshire.
You'll

* Process Plant & Material Invoices in accordance to audit and project ICM
* Invoice Queries - all logged and letters sent
* Communicate with Suppliers
* The maintenance of a tight Aged Creditor Control & continuous assessment of payment terms.
* Liaise with the Payments clerk to ensure timely & accurate payment of project suppliers.
* Assist with Month End processes, ensuring they are completed accurately and to deadline:-
* Material and other Accruals, including reversing journals
* Allocated control accounts.
* Ensure all records, filing & accurate archive records are maintained at all times
* Ensure your project timesheet is accurate and up to date at all times.
We're looking for

* Previous experience of site accounting processes on large project essential
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines is essential
* Ability to work on own initiative is essential
* Excellent knowledge of Enterprise1 is highly desirable , including both plant & material invoice processing at all stages.
* Good working knowledge of word & excel required
