I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager in the Hull/Grimsby area to oversee two new services for adults with learning disabilities and high complex needs with a company that's expanding! The first based in Hull is a bungalow (which also has a swimming pool) with four services users with learning disabilities and high complex needs and the second based in Grimsby is four flats with shared games room, training room, living room, kitchen etc.

This is expansion for the organisation in terms of geography so ideally they're looking for someone with local knowledge and able to travel to both locations easily. (Hull & Grimsby) If successful, you will join an organisation at an exciting time of growth and development and continue to drive forward their passion and commitment to the delivery of high quality person centred care and support.

The Job

As these are registered manager posts, you will be taking on legal accountability for your 'cluster of services'. This role is central to ensuring services are:-

* Safe
* Effective
* Caring
* Responsive
* Well-led

The responsibilities cover legislation, compliance and finance in addition to people management and provides support for people with a learning disability. In a sense you will be managing your own business unit, with the guidance and support and accountability to your Regional Manager.

You will be the Registered Manager of around 2 supported living house's, in the Hull/Grimsby area.


To join us you need to have a Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Level 5 or equivalent, Experience of working with Adults with Learning Disabilities, previous experience in working with people with complex needs is desirable. It's important that you already have experience of supervising and managing a team - together with the desire to take on more responsibility. A full UK Driving Licence, and access to a vehicle, is essential.

Salary & Benefits
