Regulatory Change Manager - GBP75,000 - GBP95,000

My client is a leading tier 1 financial services provider operating on a global scale. They cover all areas of banking from personal banking, credit cards, corporate, investment banking and wealth management.

They are looking for a Regulatory Change Manager to join their Regulatory Change Management function and directly support the Head of Regulatory Strategic response with overseeing, analysing and delivering regulatory change programmes across the bank.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing upcoming regulatory changes and then providing the bank with a clear understanding of what the regulation will mean, how it will affect the bank and what will need to change in order to be compliant, before developing their strategic response programme.


* A minimum of 7 years Business Analysis experience in regulatory change
* Experience developing target operating models in response to reg change
* Performing gap analysis, horizon scanning, impact assessment
* Delivered reg change programmes in an FS organisation
* Management experience
* Managing stakeholders at director level and above
* Developed strategic options in response to a change imitative


* Financial Services experience
* Developed strategic response programmes
* Strong understanding and experience of regulatory change in banking
* Operating Model design
* From a Business Analysis background
