Recruitment Business Partner

This is a great opportunity for someone working in an agency environment, looking to move away from the sales and candidate delivery side of recruitment, and focus on providing a dedicated and high level service to their client through an RPO model.

The role:

Based on-site with the client, you will be Embedded in their business, operating from within the HR department and facing off to hiring managers across a number of divisions.

You will act as the face of Resource Management, supporting the client from an operational perspective, managing the recruitment process between key stakeholders and our delivery teams.

Your responsibilities will be to provide a high level service to the client, assisting with vacancy briefings, candidate selection, interview facilitation and resourcing strategies, as well as aiding and advising our consultants in their delivery into the account.

The main client is based in Wilmslow, and you will be required to travel to our central Manchester office, and other clients in the North West as required. It will be necessary for you to have a driving license and own a car, although some travel will be expensed.

Your experience:

You will have been working as a recruitment consultant, delivering permanent candidates into large, prestigious organisations. Ideally you will have had exposure to Financial Services, and an understanding of the Pensions & Insurance sector.

Your strengths lie in building relationships, working with clients to develop an understanding of their business and resourcing requirements, and coordinating a process to ensure a high quality service is delivered.

You will have a passion for service excellence and be prepared to get 'hands on' with running candidate assessment centres or aiding candidate delivery against more niche requirements.

What we are looking for:

Professional polish and credibility is key, as you will be representing our business to a key client and acting as their resourcing expert on site.

A dynamic personality is required to deal with a variety of stakeholders, as well as excellent communication skills to build relationships and bring together all of the contributing teams.

You need to be self-motivated and confident in your ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to your work, highly organised and solution orientated, as opposed to simply 'running a process'.
