My client is a well established yet still rapidly expanding business within the construction sector, due to internal restructure they now have a vacancy for an experienced sales ledger clerk.

Key responsibilities include:

Setting up new customers on the finance system
Creating and issuing sales invoices and processing job cards
Creating, raising and issuing all intracompany invoices
Receiving payments and applying to customer accounts accordingly
Banking and reconciliation
Preparing and issuing credit notes and refunds
Running and issuing sales reports
Dealing with customer queries
Credit Control
