You will earn a basic salary of 16-18,000 with a realistic OTE of 22-28k
Our client is a very friendly local company, looking for grow their sales team. You would have an experience in selling over the phone and used to the full sales cycle from finding your leading to closing the sale.
This is not a call centre environment and you would be working on your own Territory and to gain new clients and to deal with existing relationships.

This is telephone sales, but NOT a call centre. We do not use scripts for example, we believe the best way to make sales is to build rapport, understand the prospect and identify the package that will work best for them. Our team is varied and dynamic, with everyone motivated to hit targets and earn commission. We are looking for people who know how to sell, not just follow a script.
We are looking for people with sales experience who are self-motivated and driven to work to targets.
We will provide training and support but we allow and expect people to be capable of running their own project, liaising with school contacts and self-source most of their leads.
You will need to be confident that you can build rapport quickly and sell a concept to someone on the first contact.
