Are you a focused and organised individual with a desire to work in a finance environment? Are you experienced in using data systems and dealing with customer queries? If so, please read on???

We are looking for a Senior Leasehold Services Officer to join our Leasehold Services Team to undertake calculation, billing and recovery of all types of leasehold service charges. This post will see you deal with disputes and complex queries whilst providing first rate service to our customers; offering advice when needed.

This post is suitable for graduates and experienced candidates alike. This is a key role within the Directorate and requires close working with other colleagues to ensure our leasehold debt is recovered in a timely and appropriate manner.

To qualify for this vacancy you will need to have experience of working in a customer service role and have an ability to work to set timescales. We are looking for a proactive individual that possesses strong communication skills and can liaise with various individuals (stakeholders and residents). You will have an excellent working knowledge of IT systems.

Homes for Haringey manages Haringey Council's housing stock of 16,000 tenanted homes and 4,500 leasehold properties. It also has an in-house repairs service (Haringey Repairs Service) which carries out around 60,000 repairs to council homes every year and is also responsible for managing and preventing homelessness in the borough.
