We are currently working closely with a Primary Academy, in Haywards Heath who's focus is on each individual child being at the centre of everything they do, so that every child achieves their potential and all strengths are identified and valued.
They strive to work in partnership with parents, governors and pupils to create lifelong learners, giving their children the skills that they will need to be motivated and independent learners throughout their lives.

Their staff work hard to ensure that the school is a very happy, creative and stimulating environment, where children flourish. Pupils love learning through the rich, creative and exciting curriculum, which they are actively involved in planning and adapting, according to their own interests and needs.

For September 2017, we are seeking to appoint a part-time (6 hours per week) Modern Foreign Languages Teacher, initially on a one year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract at the end of the year. The role involves teaching Spanish in EYFS and Key Stage 1 and French in Key Stage 2.

The successful candidate will:

* value the importance and contribution of every individual child, their strengths and needs
* share in our inclusive ethos
* have a commitment to raising standards and developing new initiatives
* be creative in their approach
* be a valued team member
* be able to motivate, engage and bring out the best in all children
* have high expectations for achievement and behaviour
* have a good working knowledge and understanding of the new National Curriculum

If this sounds like the ideal role for you then please get in touch as soon as possible.
