The Opportunity

Our client is a leading Food Manufacturer who produces one of Britain's most loved and iconic household food brands.
This is a company who consistently works to produce food to the highest quality and to constantly innovate their products to provide modern customers with what they want.

We currently have an opening for an Interim HR Manager to join their team in High Wycombe to drive the business to become a sustainable growing company that creates superior value for its stakeholders, by supporting the delivery of business, functional strategy, and site strategy, as well as developing and delivering site HR plans for their multiple locations.

The Role;
• Developing collaborative relationships with the Site Leadership teams to support the delivery of the overall business plan
• Developing and delivering the HR "People Plan"
• Ensuring consistent delivery of HR KPI's for the sites
• Providing relevant HR information in a timely manner as required to enable more effective decision making
• Implementing robust development plans through the delivery of the businesses' talent and performance management processes
• Disciplinaries, grievances and appeals
• Executing an effective Employee Engagement strategy in order to promote a positive working environment
• Providing expert advice and support to line management where necessary
• Working in conjunction with Site Teams to attract and retain motivated and talented individuals in the most cost effective way
• Supporting the Head of HR with projects
• Some travel to other sites may be required
Working hours; Monday - Friday

The Candidate;
• Willingness to travel
• Senior HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing (multi-site) environment
• Graduate / CIPD Qualified
• Strong Knowledge of employment law
• Trade Union Negotiations Experience
• Delivery of Change Management
• Excellent communication skills
• A strong drive for success and continuous improvement
