Are you an experienced, accomplished MAC Recruiter who would like to set your own KPIs, build and manage a team as our MAC Recruitment Consultant?

We have an existing Mac recruitment desk, which we would like you to come in and build, develop, grow and put your own stamp on.

You would be working within Eligo's Technology division which has an excellent reputation and track record across not only Mac but also Mac OSX: Apple Mac and Cross-platform Mac & PC and Microsoft Platforms (Sitecore, SharePoint & Dynamics).Open Source Development (Perl, Java, Ruby, C++, Lamp/Web, PHP, and Closed source Development (C#, .Net, iOS) Technical Support;

As Mac Recruitment Consultant and Business Sales Exec you will be responsible for:

* Building the sales strategies and developing Mac Line of Business by acquiring new Mac clients, managing and mentoring the team.
* Individual will be liaising with other senior staff to determine the range of Mac services to be sold and delivered.
* Examining and analysing sales figures; advising on and monitoring Mac marketing campaigns and promotional activities
* Manage the Mac recruitment and team training
* Produce and assess reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies.

You will have the following experience:

* Solid experience of working on Mac Projects with in-depth Technical Knowledge of all the whole Mac sector.
* A current UK track record of working as a 360 Mac Recruiter
* Proven track record of billings & stability
* Proven track record of training and developing recruiter
* Exceptional knowledge of your chosen market.
* Proven ability to build & develop client relationships
* Gifted in effectively screening candidates to differentiate between those who are qualified and those who are not.
* Accomplished in sourcing passive candidates who are not on the open market.
* Ambitious, hardworking & self-motivated to succeed in sales where you are measured on results.
* Highly motivated by targets, money & delivering a high level of service.
