We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join a leading provider of supported living and outreach services in the Barnet area of North London. You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health difficulties, ABI or complex needs to achieve their goals and aspirations.

As Service Manager, you will support and mentor your team to achieve positive outcomes through your creative and passionate leadership qualities. Your duties will include:

- Monitoring performance and behaviour of your team, ensuring they have a detailed knowledge of the people they support with regular assessments and care plans
- Liaising with families and external agencies to represent the people you support
- Ensuring all members of the team receive supervision and appraisals
- Inspiring and leading staff to deliver quality outcomes
- Ensuring a proactive, positive and friendly approach with fresh new ideas

Person Specification of a Service Manager:
- A desire and passion to motivate and lead a team
- Ideally hold an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or working towards this
- Previous experience supervising and managing a team within the care sector
- Learning disability experience would be highly advantageous
- Ideally hold a UK Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle
