Recruitment Consultant

Scope of Role: You will be expected to manage and develop Candidate and Client relationships in order to generate business for the Company.

Key Role Responsibilities:

Candidate Management

Interviewing and registering Candidates

* Developing and managing Candidate pool/portfolio
* Attracting new candidates via networking, job boards, Recommendation rewards Tracking "Traitor Temps" where appropriate, Headhunting where appropriate
* Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates
* Maintaining relationships with both registered and placed Candidates including placement administration and after care

Monitor online portals and incoming emails for new vacancy notifications and updates on candidate applications

* Searching internal database and online sites for suitable candidates to submit for vacancies
* Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate Feedback

Client Management

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times

* Develop a detailed knowledge of the nature and culture of all clients businesses
* Generate client information
* Produce and review individual client business plans based on the client need and business opportunity

Business Generation

Headhunting and networking to develop our brand and reputation

* Participating in marketing events
* Conduct sales calls in order to introduce our services to prospective clients
* Win new business, develop 'cold' lists into 'A' and 'B' list clients
* Keep in close contact with existing clients to keep abreast of their needs
* Generate leads from all possible sources including networking and from candidates
* Keep up to date with specialist market developments
* Meet or exceed Business KPIs as set by your manager
