POSITION: Talent Acquisition Manager
REPORTS TO: Managing Director
LOCATION: Bishops Stortford
SALARY: GBP25,000 per annum + commission

In order to drive the business forward and increase sales and revenue, a new position has been created for a Talent Acquisition Manager to increase the self-employed external sales force.

The targets would be sales professionals already in the industry, or who already sell associated products on a self-employed basis eg. Utilities, Business Insurance etc.

The Role

On a day to day basis you would be based in the office at Bishops Stortford, where you would be following up enquiries and referrals, advertising vacancies and replying to applications, and networking with existing and new contacts.

You will be on the phone, calling to generate interest, gain information and commitment. As the vacancies are UK wide you will need to conduct rigorous telephone or Skype interviews, as well as potentially meeting candidates locally. As time goes on you will have recruited Area Managers who will be able to meet and interview candidates for their teams.

A commission payment will be made to you after a new recruit makes a set number of deals.

Internally, you will need to be able to work easily with the internal departments you will rely upon, for example Sales and Marketing.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment and sales. You will be organised and hardworking, tenacious and resilient. You will need to be able to make quick judgements as to how successful someone might be.

You will be an excellent relationship manager, with a high standard of communication, both written and verbal. As this is a new role you will need to be flexible and malleable to meet the needs of the business, and not be afraid to blaze trails. Results driven, you will be determined to achieve success.
