Job Title:Client Relationship Executive

Department:Omega Resource Group

Reporting to:Client Relationship Manager - ORG

Job Purpose

To grow our client base and incomes through proactive identification of client opportunities and activities to speak with, meet and partner organisations, through the following activities:

*Following up on all in-bound downloads and submissions via Omega's Hubspot CRM and owning ongoing new prospect opportunities until converted to a trading client
*Promoting success stories and testimonials (inc. Hubspot) to internally across PAP and externally in the marketplace
*Attending initial new prospect meetings (supported by CRM/ Senior Management initially) and/ or service review meetings to build ORG knowledge
*Identifying and attending networking events
*Writing case studies and proposal documents
*Reenergising lapsed clients
*Generating additional and incremental 'good' GM through new clients/ new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Target attainment
*100% Hubspot CRM compliance
*Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual activity & sales targets.

*Weekly outbound sales activity
*Managing all Hubspot downloads/submissions against agreed SLA's
*Weekly Facebook and LinkedIn positive positioning
*Meeting all proposal submission deadlines
*Obtaining incremental growth within both Technical Engineering and Industrial recruitment disciplines to agreed levels.

Business Development
*Investigating and selling all recruitment services including Technical Engineering, Industrial, Outplacement, Retained, Executive Search, On & Offline media sales (to include microsites etc).
*Information should be captured regarding PSL expiry dates, tendering processes and relevant contacts and populate the client matrix.

Assist the Client Relationship Manager and Senior ORG staff in any special assignments/ projects as requested, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Experience and Skills:

Education and Training
*Preferably degree educated or a high standard of education to A Level/ HND level
*Demonstrable Sales experience including successful track record of delivering KPI's in a Sales environment and winning business.

Work Experience
Previous experience gained within Sales or the recruitment industry, ideally within a technical/ engineering sector.

Knowledge and Skills
*Exceptional customer service and client management skills
*Strong sales and customer facing skills
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*High level of numeracy / literacy
*Strong IT skills, use Microsoft suite of packages
*Strong presence on LinkedIn and all other social media.
