New opportunity not to be missed! Now Healthcare Group has a unique opportunity available for a HR & Talent Manager to join the team in Salford Quays. The role is a part time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of GBP30,000-GBP35,000 Pro Rata.

In the role of HR & Talent Manager, you will identify and connect with talented digital and media, marketing and tech professionals, supplying our teams with high calibre candidates. Primarily responsible for identifying and sourcing top talent for the full spread of roles across the organisation, for both current and future vacancies.

You will become instrumental in the growth, development and success of our teams. We are looking for someone that has a great passion and flare for the development in trainees up to senior level.

What are the responsibilities of the HR & Talent Manager?

- Through an in depth and detailed understanding of all job briefs that specific teams may have, be able to inspire and encourage the selling of these roles to our candidates.

- Develop robust and structured recruitment strategies to ensure the sourcing of highest quality talent across the business.

- Liaise closely with Hiring Managers to ensure well-written job specifications and recruitment related communications.

- Work the recruitment process from end-to-end, playing an active role in sourcing, selection and preparing new hires for their first day.

- Source candidates for immediate vacancies and talent pool, using a variety of direct sourcing methods including; Advertising, Social Media engagement, Networking and Employee Referrals.

- Cultivate strong, positive relationships with top talent, proactively identifying and engaging with individuals and groups that complement the business strategy and Employer Brand.

- Provide advice and support to Hiring Managers on interview techniques, salary benchmarking and general employee attraction strategies.

- Support key HR projects, including employer brand development, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) implementation and maintenance, PSL performance.

- Assessing and selecting the best possible using assessment and selection techniques to ensure we consistently make the very best hiring decisions.

- Managing Graduate recruitment activity, including campaign communications, sourcing and selection.

- To create and identify striking marketing and content to attract proactive candidates whilst building your online portfolio.

- The induction and helping of new staff to settle in the business

- Administration around recruitment process including arranging interviews and offer letters

What do we look for in a HR & Talent Manager?

- Proven track record of directly sourcing talent across multi-discipline and specialist vacancies.

- Demonstrable achievements in candidate attraction, engagement, selection and on-boarding.

- Highly process oriented and results driven, with a passion for maximising the candidate and hiring manager experience, in all endeavours.

- Demonstrable achievements in reducing cost and time to hire .

- Ability to manage the expectations of senior stakeholders and consistently deliver to them.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders.

- Strong working knowledge of Social Media driven recruitment and how to tailor messages according to specific target groups.

- Some previous experience in the practical implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) would be highly desirable, although not essential.

- Experience of managing Graduate Campaigns, including sourcing, selection and related communications (preferred) .
