Due to continued growth and success we are recruiting an exciting new position within the business. The Customer Relationship Executive, will work closely with our Customer Relationship Manager and marketing team, and will be responsible for supporting business development and sales to existing and new customers within the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors. Omega work with world renowned industry leaders across the country, mostly within Engineering and Manufacturing businesses within the Aerospace and Automotive sectors. This role is based from our Head Office in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.

You will be responsible for supporting the growth of our client base and income, with proactive identification of client opportunities and activities by building relationships and partnering with organisations within the market that we operate. Your responsibilities will include;

*Following up all in-bound marketing downloads and submissions via our Sales CRM
*Owning on going prospect opportunities until converted to a trading client
*Promoting success stories and testimonials
*Attending meetings with prospective customers
*Writing case studies and proposal documents
*Re-energising lapsed clients

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

*Previous experience gained within Sales or the recruitment industry, ideally within a technical/ engineering sector.
*Demonstrable business development / sales experience including successful track record of delivering KPI's in a Sales environment and winning business.
*Strong IT skills, use Microsoft suite of packages
*Strong presence on LinkedIn and all other social media.
