We are looking for a highly motivated, friendly and dedicated Service Manager to oversee a number of services in Northamptonshire who have autism and complex needs to live the life they choose.

Our Clients are an award-winning company at the Great British Care Awards for "Putting People First" and "The Care Innovation Award" at the Hertfordshire Care Awards.

?? Have experience working with families and other professionals.
?? Willing to undertake, management development training.
?? Ability to work as part of a team.
?? Able to work flexibly as required.
?? Car driver essential.

As Service Manager you will have a minimum of 2/3 years of senior/team leading role with experience in learning disability or autism.
