Their dedicated HR team is continuing to evolve and will be embracing some interesting change programmes & new ways of working.

What does the role look like for a Regional HR Manager?

You will be supporting key stakeholders and accountable for providing contemporary advice and guidance across the full spectrum of generalist HR activities. You will be responsible for influencing and managing relationships with key stakeholders & utilising your extensive HR toolkit to ultimately deliver a highly proactive, professional HR service. Working in partnership, you will enable the business to deliver its goals through best practice HR initiatives, which will include employment law advice and talent management. This role is not for the faint hearted, we are looking for a driven, commercially minded and astute person who is willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck into the core of the business.

Who will this role appeal to?

Preferably a seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience at Regional HR Advisor or Regional HR Manager or HR Manager level. You will have had a proven track record of delivering in a results focused HR service within a complex and challenging business environment. You will have a confident & credible approach to HR and will thrive on implementing pragmatic HR solutions, and embedding best practice ways of working. The organisation is currently undergoing a change, and practical experience of managing change and coaching managers is key. Remuneration for the Regional HR Manager?

As a Regional HR Manager you will receive 38k basic salary, bonus, car or car allowance, generous holiday package plus many other benefits.
