We have an exciting new opportunity for a Dynamic and career minded recruitment manager to head up their own recruitment hub within the head office of a leading security company within the UK. Ideally you will be an experienced manager, but a senior consultant with some management experience will also be considered if you have the right mind set to step up. Full support will be given from the Directors. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected and established business in a senior role and to hit the ground running as such. You must be driven and looking to achieve outstanding results.

* Liaising with area managers and Operations directors communicating effectively in relation to staffing levels and recruitment drives
* Identifying the recruitment needs and processes that should be in place for an effective and efficient recruitment delivery
* This will include the opportunity to structure the recruitment team to provide proactive activity and produce measurable results. With the responsibility to develop your team and manage heir performance
* Responsible for providing senior members of the business with detailed feedback and action plan
* You will decide the direction of any social media recruitment using a range of different channels and coordinating with your team when necessary
* Coordinating the regional recruitment process whilst liaising with relevant management
* Setting up interview sessions to recruit staff in larger volumes
* Collating information in regards to recruitment and resources
* Communicating effectively with your team and management teams to ensure that the recruitment process for staff is smooth running
* Managing a recruitment team ensuring all recruitment areas are covered effectively
* Pipeline and resource staff in the event of drop outs and additional last minute cover that is needed.
* Proactively recruiting for security staff to ensure all assignments are covered efficiently
* Predicting event trends throughout the year to ensure that all staffing bases are covered
* Responsible for looking after the recruitment for the North and North West region
* Setting up effective referral schemes to promote an influx of new candidates
* Responsible for the diary management of area managers and Operation directors to ensure they are aware of any recruitment days or meetings with external venues
