Role

To coordinate, lead and manage all operations of a recruitment agency. The successful candidate will coordinate lead and manage day to day operations of the Business with industry specialist, expertise, professionalism and compliance. They will also manage all contracts and agreements and develop the recruitment process. Commercial opportunities will also need development.

KEY TASKS

To develop and agree annual recruitment budgets, forecasts and long-term planning forecasts. To deliver results in line with the same.
To produce weekly and periodic reports on progress and activity.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with existing and potential clients, internal and external.
To ensure the effective management of all hirer/client contracts and agreements from both a recruitment and operational perspective.
Monitor, manage and develop hirer/client account performance by way of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Attend meetings internal and external in line with job requirements and the needs of the business, including those that require travel and overnight stays.
To promote and develop the agency recruitment activity for Liverpool and its responsible areas.
To ensure the effective and appropriate coordination and management of a skilled local Agency Worker labour force.
To develop candidate attraction strategies, building relationships with local stakeholders, equipped to support the growth of both a permanent and temporary labour force.
To brief, induct and train all Agency Workers on customer policies and procedures, to ensure adherence.
To monitor and address Agency Workers standards of performance and behaviour, to include uniform and PPE.
Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the recruitment database
To induct, train and have overall daily operational management responsibility of operations
To ensure effective communications are achieved and maintained by way of briefings, tool box talks and meetings.
To oversee the supervision of employees and Agency Workers on-site during internal operations.
To fulfil our customers' expectations and requirements of each operation.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
