Care Home Manager - Up to GBP44k per annum + Bonus + Generous Holiday Entitlement & Benefits

Location - Dalgety Bay, Fife

Our client, an award winning national Care Home provider is now seeking an enthusiastic, motivated experienced Care Home Manager to manage their Care Home in Dalgety Bay. Their home has lovely views and just outside the home there's a bus stop, and they have good road links to major motorways and there's a railway station just five minutes away. This is an exciting, rewarding and challenging position where our client is looking for a Care home manager who has current registration with the NMC, has already qualified to level 5 in Leadership & Management and who has an excellent record in business development and marketing. You will need to be an excellent communicator both verbally and written, have good IT skills, have experience of staff rota`s, staff supervisions and staff appraisals and ensure your staff are feeling valued and well supported and encouraged in their work going forward. Your role will include building professional and long lasting relationships with the local authorities, NHS decision makers, external agencies, families, colleagues and staff. This lovely Care Home offers excellent facilities for residents to live in and for staff to enjoy working within and your role will include ensuring that the highest standards of care are delivered at all times by monitoring staff performance and working closely with you senior care team.

You will need excellent knowledge of the regulations, experience of working to budgets, KPI`s, have good marketing experience and skills as your role includes ensuring this beautiful traditional care home remains at full capacity.

Our client is looking for a Care Home Manager who has good staff recruitment experience and staff retention skills, who has strong leadership skills and who has a positive, caring and approachable attitude to residents and staff. A manager who is cheerful, welcoming and organised and who has the experience and skills to manage all aspects of the running of this home, including the catering, housekeeping and maintenance.
