Female* Support Worker Required in the Egham area (our client is currently in Stanwell but expecting to move in summer 2017).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for skilled and enthusiastic support workers to enable a 42 year old woman with acquired brain injury to build her skills and confidence. The role will require supporting her at home and assistance to help her access different activities in the community. She enjoys visiting garden centres and being outdoors and an active interest in this would be ideal.

The successful candidate will be supported by a multi-professional team of a case manager and therapists, whom you will meet regularly with my client. You will work within a small team of support workers.

You will have a caring and sensitive approach to supporting people with a disability, excellent communication skills, and be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and initiative. Previous experience of supporting people with disabilities and especially brain injury is preferable, although training will be given.

A full driving licence is essential for this role.

Hours: Negotiable part time hours between 20 to 35 hours per week, to include regular night shifts as required.

We are also looking for a Team Leader. Hours to be negotiated.

Excellent rates of pay: GBP13.00 to GBP15.00 per hour
