Reporting to the Lead IQA, you will deliver training to a wide range of learners with the aim of helping the learner to achieve their learning aim in a timely manner.

Day to day duties will include the following:
• Ensure that the monthly performance targets as profiled are achieved
• Provide accurate and up to date management information on performance against learner milestones and completion targets
• Support the induction process as requested
• Define and develop learner journeys in response to changes in funding or learner feedback
• Manage the learner journey to achieve milestones in line with the Individual Learning Plan
• Achieve learner completion rates of 5% + of the national average
• Motivate and support all learners to achieve their full potential with stretch targets
• Safeguard learners at all times
• Complete the learner review process in a timely and accurate manner
• Submit all learner related paperwork in a timely manner
• Support the quality improvement plan and SAR around delivery and learner experience
• Ensure the principles of OFSTED are embedded in all training delivery
• Maximise learner response to evaluations

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
• Cert Ed/Teaching experience - Classroom Learning
• IAG qualification
• Experience of Electronic portfolios
• Experience of training and assessing a diverse range of learners
• Designing and developing learning materials
• Proven track record of 2 years plus of delivering Apprenticeship Frameworks
• Occupational expertise in ICT
• Experience of BTEC/Vocational learning
• Excellent time management skills and diary management
• Understanding of Ofsted and Matrix
• Experience of working with an Awarding Body
• An in depth understanding of a wide range of learning styles and delivery methods, embracing emerging trends including On-line learning, Skype 121 time, virtual learning
• Assessor Units, PTLS
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
