Our client is looking for an exceptional motivator and expert in supported housing to join their Foyer for 16-25 year olds in Hatfield town centre.

This is an exciting time for their Foyer as they look to develop their new support team alongside implementing new ideas to increase the opportunities for their residents to find education or employment, and ultimately be ready to move into their own settled accommodation.

You will lead a team of Support workers and Facilities staff to provide and maintain safe accommodation for their residents, develop well thought out and targeted support plans, and ensure the physical and mental wellbeing of residents is maintained. You will also oversee their project helping young resident first time mothers maintain their first tenancies and learn essential parenting skills.

They are looking for an individual who is motivated to develop our existing service into something new and fresh, using up to date ideas on engaging and educating young people, and focusing on delivering services which residents value and would promote to others. You will be expected to be flexible in your approach and be a role model to your team and residents alike.

This post will also require a Disclosure and Barring Service check as the successful applicant will be working with young and vulnerable people on a regular basis.

In return you will receive an attractive range of benefits and the chance to work in an exciting and dynamic organisation at a time of positive change.

Post: 37 hours Monday to Friday, on an 8.30-7pm rota basis with occasional weekend and evening working

Closing Date for Applications: 8.00am- Monday 26th June 2017
