Are you available immediately, for a period of 3 months. Do you have payroll processing or accounts experience? This position reports directly to Head of Credit Control & Processing. The main function of this role entails managing the processing of time sheets on a daily basis and ensuring that doctors are paid appropriately and that trusts are invoiced correctly. It also involves ensuring that the entire processing team meets its weekly target deadlines and answering any queries from the Sales Team and Doctors/Nurses.

Main Duties/ Tasks: Payroll Processing
• Saving all of the daily timesheets
• Adding timesheets onto our In-House system
• Enrolling new doctors onto the Payroll system
• Processing payroll summaries from timesheets received
• Checking entries on the system for accuracy
• Collating/posting out of Sales Invoices
• Dealing ad hoc queries daily/ Research and Resolve Payroll Problems
• Assisting Credit Control department with their day-to-day queries
